Offered as a a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity, this Bookkeeper position will be based in the Albany, New York area.
Your responsibilities in this role:
• Review all sales contract documents for accuracy and omissions.
• Prepares and maintains CRM system for all sales contract data.
• Reviews and assists in month end reconciliations of all sales contracts in CRM system.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Ability to assist with payroll review of commissions and subcontractor payroll.
• Prepare weekly payroll spreadsheets.
• Prepare checks for deposit.
• Maintaining transactions on credit accounts
• Assist with all HR processing/file maintenance, various other HR duties.
• Prepare letters/memos as needed for customer contact.
• Multi-tasking abilities
