We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Lebanon, New Hampshire, United States. As a Bookkeeper, you will be an integral part of our team, leveraging your skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, Bookkeeping, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Payroll, and QuickBooks to keep our financial records organized and accurate.

- Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll.
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and Isolved software for various accounting tasks.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial clarity.
- Manage the reporting of worker's compensation and related matters.
- Process and record customer deposits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring accuracy in all data entries.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and transactions.
- Contribute to the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is accounted for.
