- Accurately process and track customer payments and vendor invoices
- Maintain meticulous records of accounts receivable to ensure timely collection and account clearing
- Conduct daily cash management duties, including bank deposits, cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
- Aid in the improvement of the accounts payable and receivable processes by identifying areas for performance improvement
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in financial reporting, complying with both national and local financial regulations
- Support optimization of our financial transactions and systems through reconciliation of payments and customer accounts
- Monitor customer accounts for discrepancies, reporting any issues to the management team
- Assist in the generation of purchase orders when necessary
- Provide analytical and ratio analyses relevant to Accounts Receivable to aid management in understanding collection progress
- Support other finance team members in tasks related to inventory management and cost accounting.
