Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial information.
- Manage and coordinate the annual budget, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the execution of accounting functions related to budget management.
- Contribute to capital management strategies and initiatives.
- Handle account coding duties, ensuring proper classification and recording of financial transactions.
- Utilize Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) for effective data transfer.
- Conduct regular budget reviews and present findings to the management team.
- Participate in annual planning, providing input and strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with budget processes and protocols.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- In-depth understanding and experience with Accounting Functions
- Proven experience with Annual Budget preparation and implementation
- Knowledge of Budget Processes and their application in business scenarios
- Experience with Capital Management strategies and techniques
- Capability to handle Annual Planning and its associated tasks
- Expertise in Budgeting and Forecasting for financial planning
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or similar is preferred
- At least five years of experience in a Budget Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with laws and regulations related to budgeting and financial management.
