Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Support Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Business Intelligence Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our business intelligence tools and systems, including Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, SSRS, SalesForce, and various ERP and CRM platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, develop data visualizations, and deliver insightful presentations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supporting and maintaining BI tools, along with exceptional interpersonal and presentational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business intelligence tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, SSRS, SalesForce, and various ERP and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand reporting needs, and design and develop data visualizations and dashboards.
- Maintain and optimize existing reports, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Conduct data analysis and create ad-hoc reports as requested by stakeholders, using SQL and other querying languages.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure the integrity and consistency of reports and dashboards.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of new business intelligence tools and systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers and administrators to optimize data integration, transformation, and storage processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and provide training and support on BI tools and reports.
- Develop and deliver visually appealing presentations using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets to effectively communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in business intelligence tools and techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Support Analyst or a similar role, with hands-on experience in Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, SSRS, SalesForce, and various ERP and CRM platforms.
- Strong technical proficiency in data querying and manipulation using SQL.
- Solid understanding of data analysis concepts and data visualization best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BI tools and systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing and impactful presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, or other BI tools.
- Experience working with SalesForce or other CRM and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration concepts.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
