Job Responsibilities:
-Accurate and efficient posting of incoming payments by ACH, Wire and Check
-Timely communication both internally and externally
-Work to resolve issues related to Cash Application
-Processing a high volume of transactions each day
-Processing of adjustments related to cash posting discrepancies
-Work collaboratively with the leadership team to improve current processes
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
• General knowledge of various banking transactions (ACH, Wire Transfer, Check, Credit Card etc.)
• Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to the details
• Organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a continuous improvement environment
• Has knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Positive, professional attitude, and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $20 - $23
