Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with investment institutions and investors
- Verify that staff comply with state and federal laws and company's policies
- Recognize and manage insurance requirements and business risks
- Take care of financial systems implementations and upgrades
- Provide strategic management of the accounting and finance functions
- Determine if cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
- Supervise accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
- Own process improvement for the integrity of a company's financial information
- Supervise vendor relationships
- Supervise all finance personnel
- Manage the relationship with independent auditors
- Oversee hiring, training, and retention of finance and accounting staff
Requirements
- Understanding GAAP and firm accounting policies and procedure
- MBA, CPA, CGMA or CMA preferred
- Experience with higher level functionality in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Public accounting experience a plus
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- 10 years' experience in accounting or finance
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- 5 years' management experience

Salary : $115,000 - $155,000
