Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage company's financial operations and guide financial decisions by applying company policies, government regulations, and accounting theory
- Implement and oversee various financial systems, processes, tools and control systems
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements
- Manage the budgeting process and monitor departmental budgets
- Oversee the capital structure of the company, determine financing and manage treasury
- Work alongside other C-level team members and become a vital part of company's overall strategy
- Must have proven experience in a CFO or similar leadership role within a finance department
- Proficiency in the use of 3M and other relevant accounting software systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a requirement
- Should demonstrate a deep understanding of CapEx
- Proficiency in accounting functions including auditing, budget processes, and capital management
- Must have a strong background in cash flow analysis
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience in using CRM for client management is necessary
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have a strong ethical code and respect confidentiality
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, a master's degree or CPA is preferred.
