Responsibilities Will Include
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
- Develop financial and tax strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes to ensure financial efficiency.
- Develop performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction.
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
- Oversee the company’s financial analysis and accounting teams, providing leadership and fostering team development.
- Implement operational best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain banking relationships to manage the company's financial operations effectively.
- Manage insurance programs to mitigate risks.
- Represent the company with investment bankers and investors.
- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions to ensure beneficial terms for the company.
- Must possess a Bachelor degree and MBA 10 years of related experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification a
- Demonstrated expertise in Operational Risk Management
- Proven Leadership skills
