Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations within the healthcare industry
- Provide executive leadership and manage cross-functional initiatives
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage legal contracts, employment matters, and third-party suppliers
- Maintain a strong system for meeting deadlines and closing the loop with key stakeholders
- Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CapEx, CRM, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, and Cash Flow Analysis
- Develop and train new team members
- Exhibit strong project management skills
- Articulate planning philosophy and utilize modern planning tools
- Instill financial discipline and competence within the team.
- Proven experience as a CFO or similar leadership role for at least 7 years.
- Proficient knowledge in Accounting Software Systems.
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services.
- Familiarity with CapEx budgeting and management.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions.
- Experience in Auditing and implementing auditing practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Budget Processes.
- Strong expertise in Capital Management.
- Proficient in Cash Flow Analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Strong commitment to organizational development and company growth.
