Duties and responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Human Resources Department
- Ensure accuracy in the calculation of sales commission for various operations of the company
- Compile and distribute individual statements in a timely manner.
- Perform and report to management overall sales commission analysis.
- Problem solve commission related issues by working with the sales departments, human resources, and management.
- Updating the commission file daily with the most up-to-date cash collection information
- Research discrepancies and correct customer/employee accounts, as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and complete commission records and support documents in organized manner for audit purposes.
- Assist with management reports.
- Various other general accounting projects, including recording accruals for commission related expenses.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or minimum 3-5 years of related experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal reporting, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
- Consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must maintain confidentiality.
- SAP experience preferred but not required.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
