Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to achieve the best possible terms for the company.
- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies and protocols.
- Provide guidance on contract matters to project managers or other operational staff, including training to new project managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures.
- Provide accurate, timely, and balanced advice to the management on contractual risks and mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and verify the contractual payment terms calculations.
- Monitor contract compliance from start to finish, including tracking and documenting any modifications or amendments.
- Resolve any existing contract conflicts with the highest level of professionalism.
- Conduct continuous contract performance review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in contract administration, contract negotiation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract and legal terms.
- Excellent drafting skills with an ability to initiate, negotiate, and manage finalized contracts.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
