This woman-owned and family-operated business is friendly, easy-going, and cares about their employees! Their clients include notable places like Florida State University and City of Stockton. The company also assists with FEHA related disaster relief work when needed.
Responsibilities of Role:
o Drafting, redlining, negotiating contracts
o Putting together bid packages (from templates) and compiling info from different departments (“here are the numbers the accounting department gave us” and then putting together bids).
o Working with city and county permits.
* Exposure to labor union contracts or utility contracts or city/county contracts is nice to have.
Profile that would be a fit:
o Someone who has worked for a hospital, university, or municipality
o Someone who has worked on bids and proposals
o Someone who has an understanding of contracts like NDAs, consulting, and vendor agreements
o Someone who enjoys fast paced environments and variance in their daily duties
