- Duties/Requirements:
- Move contract through life-cycle
- Draft, review, and revise legal agreements, including but not limited to: to service, consulting, vendor, nondisclosure, sponsorships, and other related agreements
- Route contract for signature and follow up
- Jira - nice to have/ exposure to other similar platforms: ironclad etc.
- Research capabilities (nice to have)d
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in handling Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Nondisclosure Agreements.
- Experience in managing and drafting legal agreements.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
