Mid sized property management company is seeking a Controller. Responsibilities include: monthly financial statements for multiple properties; monthly reporting for external investors; overseeing a staff of 2; streamlining processes; assisting in the valuation and decision making for investment properties; preparing consolidated financials; unit based accounting reports; special projects. This reports to the President and could turn into a CFO role within a couple of years.
Requirements
