Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Accounting: Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, prepare cost estimates, standard costs, and variance analyses.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze cost accounting reports, monitor key financial metrics, and provide insights.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting process, prepare and monitor budgets, analyze variances.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory valuation, conduct audits, implement best practices.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement cost control measures and process improvements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop cost accounting team, foster a high-performance environment.

Qualifications:
