We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our Corporate Finance Leadership Team. This position reports directly to the CFO, has 5 direct reports, and leads our global corporate accounting operations across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting and timely close in compliance of US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Create quarterly lender credit agreement compliance report.
- Analyze financial statements and work with management to understand financial performance, trends, and recent developments.
- Direct the corporate accounting and finance activities.
- Oversee the global accounting policies and procedures in accordance with US GAAP and other statuary reporting requirements.
- Monitoring the impact of changes on the business and external regulations.
- Collaborate with IT to improve financial systems and business processes.
- Provide financial guidance on technical accounting, accounting treatment of business development arrangement and M&A, and financial reporting issues.
- Oversee the design and evaluation of the operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting and disclosures.
- Present quarterly and annual financial information and the status of all significant accounting and reporting related issues and initiatives to the Board.
- Oversee tax compliance and accounting requirements, including income, real and personal property, franchise, value-added taxes, and sales and use taxes.
- Coordinate the financial due diligence and purchase accounting for M&A and post-acquisition integrations of accounting and related functions.
- Experience in managing global financial consolidation and international statutory compliance in multiple overseas legal entities outside the US.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field (MBA is a plus).
- CPA highly preferred.
- M&A due diligence and integration experience required.
- Manufacturing public accounting industry experience highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SEC reporting and regulations.
- Software: SAP, Hyperion, PowerBI, Excel.
Salary : $185,000 - $220,000
