Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with senior management to drive financial planning and analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and efficiency.
- Oversee and manage all financial operations within our healthcare organization.
- Analysis of cost reports and Medicare billings.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve high performance.
- Supervising 4 in all reporting and general accounting functions.
