The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for reconciling bank records, drafting financial documents, invoicing customers, and collecting payments. Your responsibilities in this role
- Communicate with clients via phone and email as necessary
- Analyze financial budgets and track expenses
- Assist with administrative duties as necessary
- Own daily accounting duties such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, payroll tax filings, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card and bank account
- Assist Accounting team in the creation and editing of financial documents
- Settle financial books including incoming and outgoing funds
- Design the bookkeeping processes of the company
