What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSC Processing Rep position at Robert Half?
Our client, a highly respected organization in the insurance industry and gives endlessly to their communities, is growing and bringing three contractors into their Customer Service Processing team. As a CSC Processing Rep, you will provide customer service through written correspondence to members and occasionally by telephone. Furthermore, you'll assist members with product related requests by analyzing member inquiries and determining and processing for resolution within prescribed timeframes.
Specific tasks may include:
Analyzing member inquiries; determining steps for resolution; and accurately processing
Researching member files; following regulatory guidelines; following current policies and procedures; accurately interpreting certificate and contract requirements; and verifying that information quoted to member is correct
Analyzing certificate provisions to determine methods of effecting desired changes such as change of beneficiary, type of insurance, and change in method of payment
Researching and entering payment exemptions, updating member information, typing correspondence, matching returns, processing packages to be sent to members
Providing reception support as needed
Opportunities are full-time, with schedules rotating between 8a-4p and 9a-5p, and expected to span through the end of the year. Position successfully supports a hybrid work model. This team is member service focused, offers an inclusive culture and feels like a second family!

Requirements
1 years of related administrative support, processing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Outlook and Word
Exceptional customer service; experience providing customer service in a relational (versus transactional) and/or face-to-face capacity is highly valued
Demonstrated attention to detail
45 wpm typing proficiency
Salary : $17 - $19
