What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Robert Half?
Are you a service minded person who enjoys interacting with customers in a business-to-business setting? If so, Robert Half is partnering with a small, service based organization that is looking for their next Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will work in a high volume call center environment, focused on interacting with customer via phone, email and chat. You will be responsible for entering orders, providing order status and following up on various other questions. The role will be high volume during the clients peak busy times, but take on more of a sales / account management feel during slower periods. Your duties will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to various customers each day via phone, email and chat.
- Review custom design orders to ensure the specifications that have been input match the customer's order, making modifications as needed.
- Follow-up to determine why various production delays exist, communicating updated timelines directly to the customer.
- Work individually and as a team to meet and exceed established goals, such as call handle time goals, performance and quality assurance goals
- Be responsible for resolving customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate calls to customer service leadership team as appropriate.
