As a Customer Service Representative, you will be playing a crucial role in managing customer service communications, ensuring the accuracy of orders, and handling pertinent documentation related to customer accounts.Responsibilities:• Manage customer service inboxes and route incoming calls efficiently.• Forward emails to the appropriate customer service representative or department.• Check order accuracy and ensure timely processing.• Compile and manage customer-related documents.• Provide comprehensive customer service and resolve inquiries.• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.• Ensure compliance with industry standards in all documentation.• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the chemicals industry to better serve customers.• Handle email correspondences professionally and promptly.• Continuously monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
