Customer Service Representatives will be preferred for this position via Robert Half in the growing Retail industry if they love building solid customer relationships. This Customer Service Representative job is long-term contract to hire, and 4 days on site located in the south metro, Minnesota area and 1 day from home. If you want to work in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center, this could be the job for you! Job responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner (60 - 100 calls)
- Resolve all customer support issues (issues include handling returns, got the wrong product, billing concerns, etc.)
- 25% of the role is providing Sales Support
- Complete order verifications and prepare payment & order histories
- Helps with all other customer requests
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments
Requirements
- Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred
- Foundational knowledge in order entry
- Customer service/call center experience preferred
- General familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Deep understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
- 1 years of past relevant experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
- Customer service and office administrative skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
