Your responsibilities
- Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
- Be a part of business development by actively cross-selling and referring customers
- Organize and route incoming telephone calls
- Field and send written business correspondence
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer service and office administrative skills
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required
- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
- 2 years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
- Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
- Superior Customer Service experience
- Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
