We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in Santa Barbara, California. This role is in the real estate industry where the specialist will be responsible for assisting customers, processing rental applications, addressing tenant inquiries, and maintaining an organized workspace. Responsibilities:• Aid customers who walk in with their queries and concerns• Contribute valuable inputs in weekly leasing status meetings• Process rental applications which include running credit reports and verifying rental history and employment• Communicate with rental applicants regarding approval or denial of applications• Draft rental agreements and addendums, and schedule lease signings and resident move ins• Oversee parking agreements and rentals• Maintain a neat and organized workspace and lobby• Understand relevant policies and apply them in various situations• Work collaboratively as part of a team• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
