The Data Entry Clerk will work closely with the warehouse staff and management to ensure seamless data flow and efficient warehouse operations.Responsibilities:Data Entry and Accuracy:Input and update inventory data into the warehouse management system (WMS) with a high degree of accuracy.Verify and cross-check product information, quantities, and locations to ensure data integrity.Order Processing:Assist in processing incoming and outgoing orders by accurately recording order details into the system.Collaborate with the warehouse team to reconcile any discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.Documentation:Maintain organized and up-to-date records of shipments, receipts, and transfers.Generate reports as needed, summarizing key warehouse metrics for management review.Communication:Communicate effectively with warehouse staff to address data discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure accurate and timely information flow.Quality Assurance:Conduct regular audits of data entries to identify and rectify errors.Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure product information aligns with quality standards.
