Desktop Support TechnicianWe are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Waggaman, Louisiana. This role is centered around providing support for desktop systems and applications, including Microsoft Office 365 and ServiceNow. You will be responsible for setting up workstations, managing Active Directory, and handling Tier 1 requests. This position presents a long-term contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Ensure efficient and effective desktop support and troubleshoot various issues • Oversee the setup of workstations for optimal performance• Manage and resolve Tier 1 requests in a timely manner• Support users with applications including Office 365, ServiceNow, and other Microsoft applications• Maintain and manage Active Directory for user and access management• Handle networking tasks to ensure smooth internal communication• Utilize Cisco Technologies, Dell Technologies, and Apple Devices to support the IT infrastructure• Employ backup technologies for data protection and disaster recovery• Perform configuration management to ensure system stability and security.
