- Dispatch clear communications to the customer that are applicable to their needs and life stage
- Arrange take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
- Manage a skilled team of digital specialists and take the lead on the digital strategy
- Initiate weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
- Advance, commence, build, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns, including spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions
- Cooperate with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to strengthen the customer journey & experience
- Push more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
- Check that the CRM plan is executed within the estimated time period and within budget
Requirements
- Less than one year of experience required
- Fact-backed multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
- Google Analytics experience required
- Comprehensive knowledge of Paid Social
- Strong understanding in vendor management
- Exposure to Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
- Has substantial experience in expanding digital brands with strong ROI
- A balanced combination of skill, management experience and initiative
- Prior management experience
- Accomplished in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
- Seasoned in frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site
