The Director of Financial will be responsible:
• Manage the preparation of all audited financial statements in accordance with GAAP and
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the external auditors for all financial statement presentation questions during the various audits
• Manage the enterprise financial reporting and staff
• Manage the enterprise annual audit reporting with external auditors
• Contribute to enterprise financial forecasting, projections and planning
• Manage portfolio amortization calculations
• Assist with covenant reporting
• Manage the enterprise regulatory reporting
• Review business relationship financials
• Prepare and review assigned account analysis and reconciliations
• Assist with due diligence requests
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Certified Public Accountant
• 10 years’ of progressive accounting and management experience.
• Public accounting experience.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to details.
• Demonstrate a high level of continuous process improvement to ensure efficiency and compliance in Accounting/Finance activities.
• Maintain a high level of dependability and reliability.
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively, written and verbal, in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and accounting skills along with research skills.
• Deadline-oriented.
• SQL experience would be advantageous.
