My client is a steadily growing Collision Repair and Equipment Services company in Englewood looking for their next Division Accountant! This Division Accountant offers tremendous growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and is paying up to $65K!
The Division Accountant will be responsible for the following:
- Entering vendor invoices
- Preparing bill payments
- Reconciling accounts payable accounts
- Preparing monthly accruals
- Managing the A/R cycle
- Preparing and distributing customer invoices
- Recording monthly journal entries
- Posting payments to vendor accounts
- Preparing remote deposits
- Reconciling balance sheets on a monthly basis
Requirements for the Division Accountant include:
- 5 years of accounting experience with an emphasis on A/P and A/R
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Experience with MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
- Project/job cost accounting is nice to have
- Experience using a large ERP system (bonus points for Sage)
