Job Description:
1. Experience with Electronic data interchange (EDI)
2. Strong in Microsoft Excel (VLookup)
3. Some Experience with Access or SQL
4. On Site 4 to 5 days a week
5. Personality - Strong communication skills, organized, logical thinker, and strategic in their planning strategy.
The individual will need to interface with our sales and warehouse teams on a daily bases, to facilitate the order validation to shipment process and will report to Han Moon (cc'ed in this email).
Please note, if the candidate does not have EDI knowledge or experience, they must be highly skilled in areas 2 and 5.
Team size: 3
Work Volume: Millions of dollars a week, lots of truncations that need to be processed.
EDI codes: 850, 856
Rate: 45-55/hr
Interview Process: 1) Han/Darryl (Virtual or in person)
Vaccination: just standard vaccine shots
Duration: 2-3 months, contract to hire possible
Start Date: ASAP, 2 business day turnaround to provide equipment/workstation.
