Our client has a great opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their growing Human Resources Department. Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Specialist include but are not limited to: - Handling all employee relations including general relations, complaints, and thorough investigations- Employee development- Employee training- Succession planning- Talent management - Providing recommendations to employees as it pertains to conflict resolution - Handle immigration process and expatriate program as well as assisting employes with travel visa information - Manage and develop performance appraisal system and program recommendations - Handle all separation paperwork, unemployment claims, and hearings - Ensure compliance with all government regulations and laws- Conduct exit interviews and prepares turnover analysis reports- Assist in new hire and termination activities
