Offered on a long-term contract / temporary to hire basis, this Receptionist position is a great opportunity for candidates residing in the Warren, Ohio area. In this role, you will answer phones, assist with filing, scanning, sorting mail, and other clerical duties. This is a full time, Monday - Friday, contract to hire position with hours from 8am - 4:30pm.

- Help out other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
- Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support

Requirements
- Customer service and office administrative skills
- Confident, quick-witted, resourceful, solution-oriented and tech-savvy
- Proficiency in customer service
- Receptionist Duties experience
- Switchboard phone (1-10 lines) experience required
- Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
