What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Office Support position at Robert Half?

We are partnering with a reputable car dealership located in San Diego, California, and we are seeking a file clerk to join our team. The file clerk will play a critical role in ensuring that the dealership runs smoothly and efficiently by maintaining accurate and organized records.


Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records related to car sales and purchases
  • Assist with scanning, filing, and archiving documents
  • Retrieve files and documents as needed to support dealership operations
  • Respond to requests for information from customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements

This is a contract position - therefore only suitable for immediately available candidates located in North County San Diego.

Salary : $18 - $20
