Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records related to car sales and purchases
- Assist with scanning, filing, and archiving documents
- Retrieve files and documents as needed to support dealership operations
- Respond to requests for information from customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
