We are in search of an Event Specialist to join our team in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. THIS ROLE IS 5 DAYS ONSITE. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the trade show calendar, overseeing event logistics, and collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners. This role is focused on ensuring the effectiveness of trade shows and events and involves managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Responsibilities
• Management and maintenance of the trade show calendar across various channels
• Handling timelines and schedules for all trade shows and events, including outlining goals, scope, deliverables, and required resources
• Collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners to manage relationships effectively
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of trade shows and events, and communication of necessary changes to the business
• Overseeing of event logistics and maintaining relationships with venues, vendors, and suppliers
• Management of inventory and shipments of company materials and giveaways for events
• Assisting in the creation of impactful metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure ROI
• Execution of event planning from start to finish, supporting pre-event promotions and post-event follow-up
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Event Marketing Specialist or in a relevant role
• Proven track record in creating and managing advertisements
• Experience in blogging and creating engaging content
• Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness
• Experience with budget processes and financial planning for marketing activities
• Strong skills in campaign planning and execution
Salary : $70,000 - $72,000
