Fund ManagerSF Hybrid; but VERY flexibleBase Generous Bonus Great Benefits Responsibilities: Monthly/quarterly closure of credit funds.Daily finance reporting on performance, valuation, exposures, and counterparty exposure.Coordinating administrative tasks, internally and externally, for information/documentation provision.Drafting portfolio reporting for lender requirements under credit facility agreements.Preparing quarterly GAAP financial statements for specific legal entities.Managing annual audited financial statements and related tasks, including coordination with administrators and providing necessary documentation.Collaborating with Tax Director on quarterly tax estimates, annual tax work, and tax structuring projects.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
