The ideal attorney will have experience drafting law & motion and discovery. This firm would like this attorney onsite for the first month for training and then will offer hybrid remote flexibility with the potential to work 100% remotely!
This attorney will handle the following:
- Drafting law & motion
- Discovery
- Court appearances
- Depositions
- 2nd chairing trials
