Responsibilities
- Manage the relocation of paper files to the new office facility
- Organize files in an efficient and systematic manner
- Maintain the integrity and condition of physical files during the moving process
- Utilize your skills in performing clerical duties to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure files are easily accessible and identifiable in the new office setup
- Keep track of files during the transition process to prevent loss or misplacement
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient file organization
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any issues related to file organization and relocation
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in terms of file handling and organization
- Proactively identify and implement improvements in the file management system.
- Proficiency in performing clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Ability to manage paper files in a systematic and organized manner
- Experience with organizing files and maintaining a neat and orderly filing system
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document management
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and printers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with team members and clients
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and also contribute positively to a team.
