Responsibilities
- Collaborate across functions to build strategic long-range plans and outlooks for the business
- Participate in the annual planning and monthly close process
- Identify and understand business challenges and opportunities
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Collect and evaluate financial data to provide meaningful insights about the business
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization
- Create presentations built around detailed analysis, identify required action items, and propose solutions
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year performance
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Ability to handle all Accounting Functions
- Experience in Budget Processes
- Skills in Expense Reporting
- Basic understanding of Finance principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
