We are on the hunt for a diligent Customer Financial Analyst to be part of our team in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry at Lincoln, Nebraska. The role entails managing financial agreements, monitoring leases, providing analytical insights, and managing internal financial programs.
Responsibilities Include
- Reviewing and approving financial agreements and leases
- Monitoring lease terms, and lease termination dates, ensuring timely action where necessary
- Collaborating with teams to troubleshoot issues and complete bookings
- Providing analytical insights on large customers and short-term leases
- Evaluating current used inventory and identifying potential opportunities
- Managing internal Retail Finance programs and ensuring their availability in CRM systems
- Working with Sales leadership to manage fund usage and analyze the effectiveness of used equipment promotional programs
- Analyzing market trends, margins, and sales of used equipment
- Calculating and analyzing equipment turnover rates to determine inventory movement
- Providing recommendations on inventory distribution
- Reconciling past-due accounts and statements.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role, preferably in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is required.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports is necessary.
- Must have a strong understanding of Data Mining Techniques.
- Experience in handling Accounting Functions is a must.
- Proficiency in Accrual Accounting is expected.
- Auditing experience will be highly regarded.
- Must be familiar with Budget Processes.
- Experience in Capital Management is essential.
- Knowledge of Lease Accounting is necessary.
- Experience in handling Lease Contracts will be considered an advantage.
