What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Data Analyst position at Robert Half?
Top 3 Criteria for a Successful Placement:
Overall role is to support the business is finding the data necessary and formulating it into reports, then analyzing the data and help format it into a useable report, look for outliers, what's the story, etc.. Having an Accounting/Finance background would be helpful as you will be supporting their Standardized Costing System, Accounting, Engineering and Sales and understanding how BOM's work will be critical to ensure the appropriate datapoints are being utilized.
1. Ability to take the lead on writing crystal reports to obtain data needed from IQMS (there is not an internal expert to help with this
2. Initially will support more accounting/finance function to obtain data, hear business requirements from Rich and investigate IQMS for proper fields, create Crystal Report to generate data
3. Support standardized costing system with Crystal report writing and then Engineers and supply chain so they have what they need
Must Haves:
-Deep understanding of report writing with Crystal Reports
-ERP is IQMS, would like to stay this is necessary as it is a more cumbersome ERP
-Ability to analyze data
