Description

We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in the detail oriented services industry located in Marlboro, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reception duties, answering and transferring phone calls, handling data entry tasks, and overseeing mailer projects. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties and ensure smooth operation of all front office activities.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls in a timely and detail oriented manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee mailer projects, ensuring all mail is properly sorted and delivered.
  • Utilize skills in 'Answering Inbound Calls' and 'Packets' to effectively manage and organize information.
  • Ensure all guests and clients are greeted and assisted in a detail oriented and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to provide a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Handle any additional administrative tasks as required by the team.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Ensure all office supplies are adequately stocked and reorder as necessary.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the detail oriented Services industry.
  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls is a must.
  • Experience with managing and organizing packets is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is a key requirement.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software and equipment is expected.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
  • High level of professionalism with internal and external customers is essential.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure is critical.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education level is required. Higher education degrees or certifications would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and customer service principles is important.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is crucial.
  • Familiarity with the detail oriented Services industry is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and software systems is necessary.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to think critically are key.
