We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Woodmere, Ohio. This role involves a variety of administrative and customer service tasks within the industry, including maintaining a welcoming environment for employees, vendors, and clients, and ensuring the smooth running of our office spaces across multiple floors.Responsibilities:• Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming and directing employees, vendors, and clients as they arrive at the office.• Regularly check and replenish office supplies, beverages, snacks, and cleaning supplies across the various floors and rooms within our suite.• Oversee the general organization and cleanliness of the office, ensuring a productive and pleasant working environment for all staff.• Coordinate the setup and clean-up of catering orders for events, and manage the disposal of catered items from fridges at the end of the week.• Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed, including office supplies, kitchen paper products, and luncheon items.• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills while troubleshooting office equipment issues, such as coffee machines.• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint for data entry and organizing files.• Provide concierge services as needed, demonstrating a high level of customer service.• Manage multiple phone lines, efficiently answering and directing calls.• Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.
