We are in search of a General Office Clerk to support our team located in Los Angeles, California. This role primarily involves coordinating the distribution of essential goods and promoting access to food and nutrition education services. You will also be responsible for managing client applications, data entry, and maintaining client eligibility interviews. Responsibilities:• Oversee the distribution and delivery of groceries at various sites.• Collaborate with the warehouse team to prepare weekly product distribution.• Handle the coordination of delivery time and day of the week with each distribution site.• Assist clients with the completion of application forms, related paperwork, and data entry.• Conduct client eligibility interviews, including scheduling, reviewing application materials, and assessing eligibility.• Participate in the distribution of groceries at food pantry locations while ensuring cleanliness and health code compliance.• Supervise interns and volunteers working in the food pantries.• Attend community meetings to promote our program and encourage client referrals.• Conduct outreach activities to increase utilization of our services.• Assist with the completion of monthly reports.• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records.
