We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Austintown, Ohio. This role involves creating and designing various types of media for our company's needs, using a variety of graphic design skills and tools including Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop. Responsibilities
- Design, produce, and update printed and digital marketing collateral such as advertisements, brochures, and digital media.
- Develop and maintain brand awareness and consistency across all design projects.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to create visually appealing designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts for various campaigns.
- Create and design visual concepts and ideas that represent the company's brand and meet the needs of our clients.
- Provide graphic design support for other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Handle graphic projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with outside agencies and services as needed.
- Submit rough layouts for project approval.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Graphic Designer role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience in creating advertisements and brochures
- Proven track record in design and digital work
- Strong understanding and experience in brand awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred
- Portfolio showcasing strong creative skills and diversity of work
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
