Head of Construction

Robert Half is actively looking for a Head of Construction for permanent role. As the Head of Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and development of our air & liquid-cooled mining facilities. You will spearhead various simultaneous construction projects and make sure that these are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities:Responsible for overseeing construction projects related to the development of our mining facilities. Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Lead a team of construction professionals, mostly contractors and subcontractors. Evaluate construction bids, negotiate contracts, perform procurement and select vendors and suppliers. Implement effective cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality expectations. Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays. Maintain thorough documentation of construction activities, inspections, and quality control processes. Experience & skills 7-10 years of experience as a senior construction manager (or comparable) In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, regulations, and best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks. Solid understanding of crypto mining or data center operations, equipment, and infrastructure requirements. Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations pertaining to construction and mining. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on innovative and efficient solutions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels. Experience with crypto mining or data center project is a big plus Interest in new data center technologies such as immersion or liquid cooling are welcomed

Salary : $200,000 - $220,000
