Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of recruitment with a specific focus on sourcing and recruiting caregivers
- Develop and implement a progressive, proactive recruitment action plan to attract top talent
- Transition newly hired staff smoothly into the team, ensuring all necessary onboarding processes are completed
- Work closely with the Recruiting Facilitator and HR Director to align recruitment strategies with company goals
- Utilize various technologies and platforms such as ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient recruitment processes
- Conduct background checks on potential hires to ensure the safety and integrity of the workplace
- Work on benefit functions to attract and retain talent
- Utilize platforms like HealthCare.gov to stay updated with the latest healthcare recruitment trends and regulations
- Streamline hiring processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Use the 'About Time' platform for effective time management and scheduling of recruitment activities.
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Careerbuilder
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Proficiency in About Time software
- Ability to conduct Background Checks
- Understanding of Benefit Functions
