Our St. Paul client is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Manager to add to their team. This role will be responsible for over-seeing and mentoring 12 Helpdesk technicians.
Experience should include:
* ITIL certified and an understanding of ITSM processes
* Monitoring Service desk for Ticket SLAs, Priorities,
Pending Mass Issues and re-occurring Issues
* Managing metrics and KPI's
* Developing and maintaining training guides
