Robert Half is partnering with a growing client to hire an HR Associate. The HR Associate is responsible for supporting initiatives of the HR Department including compiling and analyzing HR data and metrics to support the department functions, specifically recruiting and benefits. Your responsibilities in this role:
- Facilitates onboarding/new hire orientation activities (i.e. initiates background screenings, updates new hire paperwork, conducts new hire orientation sessions, etc.).
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Responsible for monitoring employee self-service Dayforce address changes, confirming verification documents, approving changes within department guidelines, data entry and updating carrier portals.
- Create and maintain up-to-date email and mailing address reports for benefit eligible employees.
- Coordinate the Return to Sender (RTS) process; update Dayforce with mailing addresses and manage address searches within department guidelines.
Requirements
The ideal HR Associate candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Other requirements for the HR Associate position include and are not limited to:
- 2 years of experience in related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required.
- Proficient with Dayforce, payroll, and similar employee management software highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
- Ability to manage priorities, work in a team environment, and effectively communicate deliverables.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and keep information confidential.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
