What you get to do as an HR Coordinator:

  • Assist new hires with the onboarding process
  • Sending and receiving background checks, drug screens, I9's, etc
  • Follow a spreadsheet to make sure items are checked off and new hires are on track
  • Follow hard deadlines
  • Collaborate with recruiters to achieve goals




Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience is a must
  • Prior HR experience is a bonus
  • Time management and able to work well under pressure
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Detail oriented


Salary : $17 - $18
